Casting the world, forging the campus, shaping the universe, welding rest of the branches because we are girls and we are mechanical engineers. That's what the girls of Team Panthera follow up to. What I have learnt so far in Team Panthera is that handwork is the key to success. Enduring the challenges which life presents is something that I gained from my seniors. Being in an all women team makes me proud. While breaking the barriers and mindset of the society, Team Panthera works continuously and strives to show the world that we are no less than boys. I personally believe, for one to be successful, one must be willing and should work hard to achieve the goals that they have set. As a fresher working in Team Panthera, I’m given as much respect and guidance as possible. I have never been treated differently, we are all same; twenty minds, working towards one single goal. Our seniors always encourage us to ask. We are always pushed to want more, never settle with what we have. Even though I’m younger than most of the members in our team, I’m given equal respect and an equal say in every matter regarding the team.
Our team members are just not our mentors but also the way they advise us and enlighten us makes me want to learn more. It is an amazing accomplishment for me being able to work as a member in Team Panthera. Undoubtedly, the concept of 'success is the reward for hard work' was made crystal clear to me by my team members. Equality, loyalty and dedication towards work is the task each and every folk of Team Panthera practices.
Our seniors Divya Dhankhar and Manupriya Vats apprised me that we must learn to work hard to satisfy our own conscience; whether our goals be a startup idea or being the owner of own business. The motto of our team is: “No matter what our goals are, we must be willing to satisfy our time, body and mind to work as hard as we can, to be the best that we can be. Nothing is more superior than you and your hardwork.” The positive attitude of our members and co-operative ambience makes me proud of my choice.
